Foxhall Village Night Rainbow urben regeneration project for Blackpool Council, 2008

The Night Rainbow was comissioned by the Blackpool Illuminations Department to form part of the Councils Neighbourhood Regeneration Initiative. It is located in oldest part of Blackpool. Powerd by light and artificial rain mist, it occupies a currently disused traffic island. By adding a spell of magic to a neglected village square it invites tourists into a largely forgotten part of Blackpool and serves as a catalyst to encourage further regeneration and investment in the neighbourhood.
