Whitechapel High Street [ongoing]

The 3 buildings have been in the ownership of our clients family for many years. Ancestors had set up their wool trading business on Whitechapel High Street some 150 years ago. The upper floors were only accessible through the shops and had been unoccupied for many years. The project involves the addition of a spectacular undulating copper roof extension, a new shared stairwell for the flats, the creation of a roof terrace, three balconies and internal alterations to create five flats, two shops and one business unit.
