We have experience in residential and commercial projects, extensions, conversions and new-built. Our largest project that is now on site has a budget of £530K and comprises the extension and refurbishment of an existing building to create 2 commercial units, 2 flats and a new-built house with a spectacular curving green roof. An array of courtyards, structural glass rooflights, slot windows and a well-considered layout maximise the potential of a tight urban site.

Our services include, feasibility studies, planning applications, detailed design, tender and construction management. Some of our clients require a full architect's service from inception to completion and sometimes our involvement is limited to a single work stage. We draw on a large range of specialist consultants that share our enthusiasm for design and can contribute to the success of each project.

We reject the notion of a fixed design-life-expectancy common in contemporary construction. For us sustainable architecture can accommodate the changing needs of its occupants, is adaptable, upgradable and repairable.

We have an excellent success rate in obtaining planning permission even though many of our projects are located on complex urban sites, in conservation areas or involve listed buildings. We do not charge for an initial consultation and are happy to discuss your project with you.
